Can I order directly from your site?

Unfortunately, we only sell direct to our dealers. You can find a list of dealers that carry our products here. 

How do I become a dealer?

Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days and in new and unused condition. We will only accept returns purchased directly from Nexus Valvetrain. Custom parts are not returnable. 

What is the recommended press fit for valve guides?

In aluminum heads the recommended press fit is .0018”-.0025”

What is the recommended press fit for valve seats?

       In aluminum heads the recommended press fit is .0058"-.0068"

Do I need to do anything different when cutting the valve job on these seats?

No, they will cut the same as any other alloy. A trick to achieve a nice surface finish is to spray some automotive glass cleaner on the seat while cutting.
